Our People Strategy
Our People Strategy is very simple. We want to build a Robust and Healthy Team. We will do this through building an elite process in hiring and orientation, evaluating new and current team members, initial and on going training, and having a high caliber leadership development program.
To grow our leaders we have an extensive program that is based on a series of evaluations and reviews, on-going conversations with senior leaders, hands-on work experience, and the implementation of a personal development plan.
Our 4 week training program will teach you all of the essential jobs in our Back of House operations. A trainer will lead you through on the job training as well as our digital training system, Pathway. You will learn how to prepare great tasting and craveable food for our guests.

Training for Trainers
Our trainers go through a rigorous training program in order to learn how to properly trainer our new team members. They also learn how to be a vital part in ensuring excellence in both food safety and consistent quality in our restaurant. This position is also the first step in training for a leadership position with us.

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
