Director of BOH Operations
Nathan came to us in 2017 as a kitchen team member. Over the course of the last few years he continued to work hard and show the qualities we needed in the person to run our kitchen.
He is responsible for every aspect of our kitchen; from making sure our food tastes great, to maintaining a food safe kitchen, to keeping everything in a clean and working order. Nathan and his team work tirelessly to make great tasting food quickly.
When he is not at work, he enjoys long walks off of short piers as well as underwater basket weaving.
