Requirements

This is a list of the requirements you need to meet to become and maintain the trainer role within Chick-fil-A Noblesville.

Tenure

3 Months working at in one of our restaurants

Availability

Available 20 hours a week and able to open and/or close twice a week

Accountability

No more than 6 points in VSBL

Performance

“Meet Expectations” in all areas of your part of the business (i.e. BOH/FOH)

Spicy sandwiches in the warming chute
Chick-fil-A cups being tapped together

Becoming a Trainer

Application

If you are interested in becoming a trainer, you will need to fill out this application.  Once we have received your application, we will review it and follow up with you.  If your application is approved, you will enter into the Pre-trainer process.
